Questions?

Is this for me?

If you're a coach, therapist, educator, or facilitator who believes reflection helps people grow—and you want a better way to bring that to your clients between sessions—then yes. Stay Reflective is built for reflection enablers who want to extend their impact beyond live conversations.

What's a 'Reflection Facilitator'?

Anyone who guides others through meaningful reflection—coaches, therapists, educators, mentors, workshop leaders. You don't just give advice; you create space for people to think, process, and grow. If that sounds like you, you're a reflection facilitator.

How is this different from having clients journal?

Many coaches suggest journaling or send a PDF with prompts, but follow-through is hit or miss. Stay Reflective is a dedicated tool—clients get structured reflection journeys, gentle reminders to check in, and you get visibility into their progress. It's the difference between hoping they reflect and knowing they did.

Why are you building this?

We believe reflection can help anyone grow—and that the right tools can make it more accessible and impactful. Our vision is that AI should ask better questions, not just give answers. In pilots with university professors and coaches, students and professionals engaged deeply—averaging 25 minutes and 600 words per reflection. We're building Stay Reflective to bring that same impact to more facilitators and their clients. Read more about our vision.
